Geoff Miller (priest)
Geoffrey Vincent Miller (born 26 January 1956) has been the Archdeacon of Northumberland since 2005.[1]
Educated at Sharston High School, Manchester[2] and Durham University he was ordained in 1984.[3] After a curacy in Jarrow he was Team Vicar at St Aidan and St Luke, Billingham[4] from 1986 to 1992; Urban Development Officer for the Diocese of Durham from 1991 to 1996; Vicar of St Cuthbert, Darlington[5] from 1996 to 1999; and a Residentiary Canon at St Nicholas Cathedral, Newcastle upon Tyne from 1995 until his Archdeacon's appointment.
