Genji Tsūshin Agedama (ゲンジ通信あげだま Genji Tsūshin Agedama) is a Japanese anime television series produced by Studio Gallop and Nihon Ad Systems. The show itself is a parody of other popular anime of its kind. In 1991 it was made into a side-scrolling action video game by NEC Home Electronics and released on the PC Engine.
Plot
Agedama is a small boy going to elementary school and enduring the struggles of a boy of his age. He ends up becoming a superhero-in-training (called "Agedaman"). Along with Wapuro, his floating computer companion, he fights against a criminal organization who can turn humans into monsters of various types.
