The Gen. Simon Elliot House is a historic house at 61 Heath Street in Brookline, Massachusetts. The core of this is house is a 1-1/2 story Greek Revival cottage built in 1824 by General Simon Elliot, a Scottish immigrant and merchant whose descendants (daughter and grandson) married into the prominent Perkins and Cabot families. It is the oldest Greek Revival house in Brookline; features such as pilastered corners and an entry with sidelight and transom windows are still recognizable despite later, mainly Colonial Revival, alterations.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.[1]
