Gauthier Klauss (born 17 December 1987 in Épinal) is a French slalom canoeist who has competed since the mid-2000s.

He won three gold medals in the C-2 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships, earning them in 2010, 2011 and 2014. He also won a gold and a silver medal in the C-2 team event at the European Championships.

Klauss won the overall world cup title in the C-2 category in 2013.

He competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London in the C-2 event where he finished in 4th place in the final.

His partner in the boat is Matthieu Peche.
