Gastrotheca stictopleura is a species of frog in the Hemiphractidae family. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, pastureland, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and ponds. It is threatened by habitat loss.
