Gastrotheca fissipes is a frog species in the frog family Hemiphractidae. It is endemic to Brazil.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, and rocky areas. It is not considered threatened by the IUCN.
