Garry Jones

Garry Jones (born 11 December 1950) is a retired footballer originally from Wythenshawe. In 1965, at the age of 15, he was known locally for playing for the Manchester Schoolboys.[1]
Spending most of his career at Bolton Wanderers 1968-1975 playing 236 games and scoring 55 goals,[2] also had spells at Sheffield United F.C,[3] Los Angeles Aztecs,[4] Blackpool F.C, Hereford United F.C., Runcorn F.C..[3]
The highlight of his career came on the 5th October 1971 a hat-trick[5] against a great Manchester City Team including Tommy Booth, Joe Corrigan, Francis Lee, Mike Summerbee giving Bolton Wanderers a deserved 3-0[6] win in the Football League Cup
