Garrick Arthar-Ashe Gordon (born 4 November 1982 in Kingston) is a Jamaican football striker who currently plays for UES in the Salvadoran Primera División.

Club career

US College soccer

Gordon played college soccer in the US after leaving Cornwall College in Jamaica.[1] He played for the San Jacinto-North Gators alongside fellow countryman and Cornwall student DeShaun Woolery and was San Jacinto's leading goalscorer in 2001.[2]

El Salvador

Nicknamed Fast Car due to his speed, Gordon entered Salvadoran football in 2009 when joining Municipal Limeño. He then had spells at Salvadoran second division sides Dragón and Marte Soyapango before returning to the top tier with Vista Hermosa for the 2011 Apertura season.[3]

He moved to Atlético Marte for the 2012 Clausura and in January 2012 he was allegedly racially abused by Salvadoran referee Vicente Ruiz, prompting him to demand a public apology.[4] In 2014, Gordon joined UES in the Primera Division in El Salvador.[5]
