The Garland Mill is a historic sawmill on Garland Road in Lancaster, New Hampshire. The wood frame structure was built in 1860 by Eben Crocket Garland near what is now called Garland Brook. The single story building is 84 feet (26 m) long and 51 feet (16 m) wide, and is now roughly three times the size of its original construction.[2]
The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.[1] At the time of its listing it was still in operation as the only water-powered sawmill in the state.[2]
