Gareth Gwynn is a comedy writer, performer and radio presenter. He currently hosts BBC Radio Wales Sunday Morning Show and writes for Elis James' Pantheon of Heroes, The Now Show and The News Quiz.[1] [2]
Career
Writing
Gwynn began his career in 2007 writing for BBC Radio 4 on Listen Against and continued to do show until 2011. Between 2008-9, Gwynn wrote for BBC Radio 2 (I'm Spartacus!) and BBC Radio 4 including Look Away Now, I Guess That's Why They Call It The News and BBC Radio7/4 Extra's Newsjack.
Since 2010, Gwynn has continued to write for radio but expanded into television too including CBBC's Newsbeast, Russell Howard's Good News and The Armstrong & Miller Show. For BBC Radio 4 he wrote for The Now Show and The News Quiz and BBC Radio Wales Elis James' Pantheon of Heroes.[3]
Presenting
2007, Gwynn hosted his own radio shows Gareth Gwynn's Big Night In for 106.3 Bridge FM and Gareth Gwynn's Alternative Anthems for Afan FM. Since then he has gone on to present and perform on a variety of shows until 2010 when he began hosting BBC Radio Wales' Sunday Morning Show.[4]
