Ganttic (from Gantt charts[1]) is a web-based proprietary project management software for organizations focusing on resource scheduling and project planning.[2] It is used for manufacturing, engineering, construction and project-based services such as design agencies and architects. Ganttic offers 3 pricing options.
The product is distributed both as software as a service[3] and as on-premises software.
History
Ivar Veenpere, Rainer Kivimaa and Indrek Kuldkepp, three Estonian entrepreneurs from WoodWare Systems, built the product using the Adobe Flex SDK.[4] In early 2008 a beta version named YUTITI was introduced, which was later renamed to Ganttic and became publicly available in August 2010.
