GameAccess.ca is an online video game store operating in Canada. It sells and rents video games for all the major gaming consoles, including Xbox, Xbox360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PSP, PSVita, Nintendo GameCube, Wii, Wii U, Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS. Since 2005, the company has built up a library of over 10,000 game copies (as of August 2013). GameAccess.ca is subsidiary of KLF Media Inc company.

Description of service

GameAccess.ca offers a rental model similar to the American company Gamefly. Members build a queue of games they wish to play and they are then shipped along with a prepaid return envelope. Once a member has finished playing their game, it is sent back using the provided return envelope in order for another game to be sent out. Shipping is provided through Canada Post, the federal Canadian postal service.[1] however shipping can take up to 3 weeks to both receive and return games. This time is counted towards your subscription monthly cost resulting in hefty fees.

Users should be aware that upon taking on the service, GameAccess games will not arrive until 3 week however if a game ends up being lost due to CanadaPost and you never receive the game, GameAccess.ca will still charge you the full cost of the game. It is deemed that once a game is shipped out to you that it's the customers responsibility regardless of whether it reaches you or not.
