Gallifrey: Pandora is a Big Finish Productions audio drama based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. The series is set on the Doctor's home planet of Gallifrey.
Plot
The mysterious and paradoxical "broken man" who found his way to Davidia has caused petty demarcation squabbles. President Romana is talked into promoting Braxiatel to Chancellor to help restore order. Ultimately, Castellan Wynter heads the investigation into the identity of the mutilated Time Lord intruder and, to his horror, he succeeds.
Meanwhile, the fall of Gallifrey begins when a Free Time terrorist attempts to contaminate the water supply with a virus that possess the host when they next regenerate. And the ancient despot who called herself Imperiatrix Pandora has somehow escaped from the Matrix. The newly appointed Chancellor Braxiatel manages to capture her past and present forms within his own mind. In order to avoid infecting all of his fellow Time Lords via the Matrix, he exiles himself from Gallifrey. Romana has now lost her most powerful ally. And Pandora's future is still a potentiality.
