Ga-Molepo is a town in Capricorn District Municipality in the Limpopo province of South Africa.
Molepo means a place or a moment of relaxation. Ga molepo is the home of bapedi tribe, it is made up of over fifteen villages, the main one is called Boshega where (Kgoshi ya Ditlou, king of elephants) Chief Molepo's palace is situated at the foot of the great Lebopo mountains.
Ga-Molepo is surrounded by big Lebopo mountains (Lebopo means Border) and through it runs several rivers, Hlabashane, Mphogodiba, Mokgotla and Mmamatebele are the main rivers in Ga-Molepo.
It is the home of the biggest ZCC church situated at one of the villages called Boyne or Mankgaile, one of the cool villages are Ga-Rampheri where there is a very big dam along the Mphogodiba river. The people of Ga-Molepe mostly depends on subsistence farming though rainfall is not that good.
