The Fundy Footpath is a 41 kilometres (25 mi) hiking trail that runs from the Fundy Trail Parkway in Big Salmon River to Fundy National Park in New Brunswick, Canada. The trail connects to the 33 kilometres (21 mi) Fundy Trail at Fundy National Park, which in turn connects to the Dobson Trail.[2] The trail was originally blazed by Jack McKay in the 1980s but it fell into disuse. It was reestablished by the Moncton Outdoor Enthusiasts Club and the Fundy Hiking Association between 1992 and 1994.[3] In 2012 500 people hiked the trail. [4]
