Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust ran Frimley Park Hospital a large, 720-bed NHS hospital in Frimley, Surrey.

The Chair of the trust was Sir Michael Aaronson CBE. The Chief Executive was Andrew Morris.

It gained NHS Foundation Trust status on 1 April 2005, one of the first NHS hospital trusts in the country.

In September 2013 it was proposed that the Trust should take over Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust[1]

In September 2014, the Trust was awarded an "outstanding" rating, the first to get this award[2]

The take over of Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust finally happened in October 2014 and a new organisation Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust was established. [3]
