Frederick ("Fred") Norris (September 4, 1921 – 13 December 2006) was a marathon runner from the United Kingdom, who won the bronze medal at the European Championships in Stockholm, Sweden, behind two Soviet runners: Sergei Popov and Ivan Filin. He competed in two consecutive Summer Olympics (1952 and 1956).
