Frederick (Fred) Fisher is an American architect in Southern California. He graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in Art and Art History. Fischer attended the architecture school of University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1972.[1][2] He is the architect for several buildings in Southern California including the Annenberg Community Beach House in Santa Monica and the visitor's center of Sunnylands Estate in Rancho Mirage, California.[3]
