Frank S. Kapral was an American football coach in the United States. He is one of at least 15 people to serve as head coach of a college football team for two or more seasons and never secured a win.
Coaching career
Kapral was the head college football coach for the Coast Guard Bears located in New London, Connecticut. He held that position for the 1966 and 1967 seasons.[1] His coaching record at Coast Guard was 0 wins and 16 losses. As of the conclusion of the 2010 season, this ranks him #14 at Coast Guard in total wins and #14 at the school in winning percentage (.000).[2]
