Frank Hornstein (born September 27, 1959) is a Minnesota politician and member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), he represents District 61A, which includes portions of the city of Minneapolis in Hennepin County, which is in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.[1]
