Frank Dimant

Frank Dimant (born 1945/1946)[1] is the former Executive Vice President of B'nai Brith Canada and was also CEO of the organization’s Institute for International Affairs and the League for Human Rights. He was the founding publisher of Jewish Tribune and remained publisher until September 2014.[2]

Originally from Montreal, Dimant was educated at Yeshiva University and at McGill University's Graduate School of Sociology.

In 2008, he was appointed Chair of the Department of Modern Israel Studies at Canada Christian College and its School of Graduate Theological Studies.[2]

He retired from B'nai Brith Canada after a tenure of 36 years in September 2014 and was replaced by Michael Mostyn.[3][4]

Dimant describes himself as a "disciple of the teachings of Zev Jabotinsky".[4]
