Frank Chipman (born January 31, 1947) is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly in the 1999 provincial election.[1] He represented the electoral district of Annapolis as a member of the Progressive Conservatives. Chipman was defeated when he ran for re-election in 2003.[2]
