Frank Trevor Blevins (3 June 1939 – 7 September 2013) was a South Australian Labor politician in both the Legislative Council and House of Assembly.[1] He was a minister in a number of portfolios and was Deputy Premier of South Australia (1992–1993).[2] He died at his home in 2013.[3][4]
