Franck Elemba

Franck Dann Elemba Owaka (born 21 July 1990 in Brazzaville[1]) is an athlete from the Republic of the Congo competing in the shot put.[2] He represented his country at the 2014 World Indoor Championships, as well as Africa at the 2010 Continental Cup.

He has personal bests of 19.72 metres outdoors (Marrakech 2014) and 17.74 metres indoors (Sopot 2014). Both results are current national records.

Earlier in his career he competed in judo, before turning to athletics in 2006.[1]
