Francis Browne (cricketer)

Francis Bernard Ross Browne (28 July 1899 – 11 March 1970) was an English cricketer active from 1919 to 1932 who played for Sussex. He was born in Eastbourne and died in Pewsey, Wiltshire. He appeared in 75 first-class matches as a righthanded batsman who bowled right arm fast medium. He scored 333 runs with a highest score of 26 not out and took 252 wickets with a best performance of eight for 39.[1]
