Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, is a project featuring a 55 storey, 205 metre tall hotel condominium high-rise and a 30 storey 125 metre tall residential condominium tower presently at 36 Yorkville Ave. in the Yorkville District of Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada.[3]

The hotel-condo complex was formerly Bay Ford Lincoln dealership and next door to Toronto Fire Services Station 312.

The taller tower is currently the 10th tallest building in Toronto, but by 2015 its position will have dropped to 15th as other taller buildings are completed. It was completed during summer 2012, but Four Seasons will moved out of Four Seasons Hotel Toronto at 21 Avenue Road.

The project was designed by Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance, and is being developed by Menkes Development Inc.

The penthouse, which claims the entire 55th-floor of the West Residence, sold for C$28 million, and is the most expensive condominium sold in Canada.[4]

The hotel is the fourth Four Seasons hotel in Toronto:
