Fort Norfolk is a historic fort and national historic district located at Norfolk, Virginia. It encompasses 13 contributing buildings. The original buildings were built between 1795 and 1809, and include the circular brick fort, officers' quarters, powder magazine, gatehouse, and brick bastion. It has served as the district office for the U. S. Army Engineer District, Norfolk since 1923.[3]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.[1]
