Fornetka [fɔrˈnɛtka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szypliszki, within Suwałki County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Lithuania.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Szypliszki, 18 km (11 mi) north of Suwałki, and 125 km (78 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.
