The men's association football tournament at the 2015 Pan American Games will be held in Canada from July 12–26, 2015. It will be the 17th edition of the Pan American Games men's football tournament. Mexico are the defending champions from the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico.

The competition is open to players born on or after 1 January 1993, the same cut-off date for the 2016 Summer Olympics men's football tournament.

The South American confederation CONMEBOL have opted to use their U-20 tournament as a qualifying tournament for the 2015 Pan American Games tournament, previously they chose to use their U-17 age group tournament. The confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean associations, CONCACAF have also chosen to use U-20 age group tournament as a qualifying tournament.

A total of eight teams qualified for the tournament – four from the North, Central American and the Caribbean region governed by CONCACAF and four from the South American region governed by CONMEBOL.
