Floyd Elgin Dominy (December 4, 1909 – April 20, 2010) was the Nebraska-born Bureau of Reclamation Commissioner from May 1, 1959 to December 1, 1969. Dominy joined the Bureau in 1946. He was the Assistant Commissioner from 1957 to 1958.
