Flexing Habitual is the seventh studio album by The Flashbulb, released in 2006.
The track "Ninedump" (a play on one of his earlier tracks, "Binedump") was originally intended to be submitted to the Nine Inch Nails (NIN) "Only" online remix competition, thanks to the persuasion of a fan on his MySpace page. Although the song was well received, it was criticized for "not sounding anything like the original song". Benn thus removed it from the NIN site. The following two tracks, "Stretch Industry" and "Please Don't Remember", allude to their continuation of the first track's rhythm and possibly its origin.
The track "Chik Habit" is a drill n bass reworking of the 1995 song "Chick Habit" by April March, itself an English-language cover of "Laisse tomber les filles" by France Gall.
