Flectonotus pygmaeus (Spanish: Ranita Marsupial Pigmea) is a species of frog in the Hemiphractidae family. It is found in Colombia and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
