The municipal flag of Seattle is teal and white, featuring a portrait of Chief Seattle in the center. The words CITY OF GOODWILL surround the upper half of the portrait and the word SEATTLE appears below the portrait.

Designed by Seattle City Council member Paul Kraabel for the Goodwill Games,[2] it was adopted on July 16, 1990.[1][3]
