Five Boys from Barska Street (Polish: Piątka z ulicy Barskiej) is a 1954 Polish drama film directed by Aleksander Ford. It was awarded the International Prize at the 1954 Cannes Film Festival.[1]
Plot
Five young men who have lost their ideals during the Nazi occupation make a living on stealing. After they have been caught and convicted they try to become legit. Hereby they encounter a variety of problemes including getting unwillingly entangled in plans of terrorists.
