Fibrofolliculoma
Fibrofolliculomas are 2 to 4mm in diameter, dome-shaped, yellowish or skin-colored papules usually located on the head, neck, and upper trunk. They are characteristically seen in Birt–Hogg–Dubé syndrome. [1][2]:674
