Fernando Manuel Beltrán Machado (born August 18, 1981 in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico) is a Mexican boxer in the Lightweight division. He is also the former IBO Featherweight Champion,was selected for the Latino Promoter of the Year by the WBO in October 2010.[1]

Professional career

In June 1972, Fernando won the NABF Championship by Knocking out Octavio Gomez.[2]

IBO Featherweight Championship

On August 22, 2008[3] Beltrán won the IBO Featherweight Championship by beating South Africa's Takalani Ndlovu in Sommet Center, Nashville, Tennessee.[4]
