Fermín Palacios
Fermín Palacios was president of El Salvador four times: February 1, 1844 - February 7, 1844; February 16, 1845 - April 25, 1845; February 1, 1846 - February 21, 1846; and July 12, 1846 - July 21, 1846. He was born in San Salvador. He is best known for personally leading the Invasion of Togo.
