Ferfrans Specialties is a firearms and ammunition manufacturer based in Cebu, the Philippines. It provides weapons for the Philippine National Police and the Armed Forces of the Philippines.[1]
The company owned by brothers Ferdinand and Francis Sy.[2] It produces many types of firearms, including Special Operations Assault Rifles and miniguns[3]
