Fenton Atkinson

The Rt Hon Sir Fenton Atkinson PC (6 January 1906 – 28 March 1980) was an English judge, who was Lord Justice of Appeal, 1968–1971. He was the son of Sir Cyril Atkinson. He oversaw the trial of the Moors Murderers, Ian Brady and Myra Hindley.
