Fear Thy Neighbor is a reality television program airing on Investigation Discovery on Monday nights at 10:00 p.m. The show began airing Monday, April 14, 2014. The show focuses on feuds between next door neighbors that have escalated into tragedies in some cases. On each episode each household which lives next door to one another start out as friends. Then in a matter of months to a matter of years the relationship evolves to adversarial and then they evolve into worst enemies. In some cases a single major incident such as a dog bite one of the children got triggered a change in attitude. To date six episodes have aired.
- Episode One - Lies Lawns Murder
- A several year friendship between an older man, wife, daughter, and son-in-law and a young couple with two girls gradually degenerates when the older man's dog bites one of the girls next door. After arguments over doctor and hospital bills, a feud gradually begins. After the dog attempts to attack the neighbors, the neighbors shoot the dog to death resulting in the older man, Roland Younce, attempting to murder the family and eventually being shot dead by police officers after he attempts to murder them. 4/14/14
- Episode Two - Red Picket Fences
- Two families with two young children initially attempt to be friends but as time goes on conflicts ensue and as a result they two families become enemies. As a result the parents in one of the families, Michael and Florence Phillips, are shot to death by Richard Brian Uffelman and his two sons, Richard (Rick) Uffelman and Jerry Uffelman. 4/21/14
- Episode Three - Final Notice
- Los Angeles Police Officer Irsie Henry, his wife, and son move into a nice neighborhood in Altadena, CA and eventually, the officer winds up causing havoc over his prejudice against inter-racial marriages. The officer ultimately loses his job and makes life a terror for not only his next door neighbor but most families on the block. In the end though he sells the home and moves away. 4/28/14
- Episode Four - There's No Place Like Hell
- Two families attempt to be friends but everyday stresses in life put stress between the two families. The relationship between the families evolves into them becoming worst enemies to the point one family winds up having both homes set on fire. 5/5/14
- Episode Five - Home Is Where The Hearse Is
- Two families in a Cuban Neighborhood become enemies. One family consists of an older man and his family trying to live in a peaceful environment while their neighbors, consisting of a younger man, who worked in Nursing tended to be loud. The two neighbors clashed hundreds of times in less than a year and things ended when the older man shot the younger neighbor and then killed him with a cinder block. The older neighbor served only a few years in prison and eventually died. 5/12/14
- Episode Six - Welcome to Murder Street
- An elite California Lakeside Community is rocked to its core when two well-to-do gentlemen go to war over an 18-inch property line discrepancy. One neighbor takes the dispute to new levels when he hires a hitman to permanently solve the problem. 5/19/14
