Fay Na
Fay Na was king of the southern Laotian Kingdom of Champasak from 1791-1811. He was promoted by King Rama I of Siam for the noble title "Phra Wichaiyaratkhattiyawongsa" (th: พระวิไชยราชขัตติยวงศา).
