Farrhad Acidwalla is a 21 year old Indian entrepreneur and TEDx speaker.[1] He started off as one of world's youngest entrepreneurs and is best known as the founder of Rockstah Media, an internet and entertainment company.

Biographical Sketch

Farrhad Acidwalla though born in Pune is from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He finished his schooling from Bombay Scottish School, Mahim and is currently studying at H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai.

At the age of 12, he started an aviation website which was a successful community. He then went on to venture into more internet businesses. Then in 2009 he founded a company called Rockstah Media.

After passing out of school, he has given many seminars at various events and has also been invited by colleges to speak on entrepreneurship and his experiences of managing a business. Even though he is an undergraduate, Farrhad has judged MBA students.

Farrhad has been covered by many TV channels, newspapers and business portals. He has also been covered in several books about entrepreneurship [2] including one about the world's top 25 young entrepreneurs, under the age of 20.[3]

In 2011, CNN Money featured Farrhad as a young entrepreneur to watch.[4]

India TV listed Farrhad as one of the "Most promising young Indian entrepreneurs of 2012". [5]

In April 2013, Yahoo! Lifestyle featured Farrhad 6th on the list of Top 10 Best Dressed Male Entrepreneurs in India. [6]

In March 2014, The Telegraph featured Farrhad second on the list of "25 internet success stories aged 25 and under". [7]

Guest Lectures

In January 2015, Farrhad was invited to give a guest lecture at IIT Patna's annual techno-cultural fest, Anwesha. [9]
