Fantasea operate three vessels for public transport on behalf of Sydney Ferries while providing eco-tourism experiences with their Sydney Seven Wonders Coastal Experience and Bondi Boat tour.

Fantasea Cruising Magnetic [3] is a ferry service based in Townsville, Queensland. It provides vehicle and passenger transfers to and from Magnetic Island using the MV Fantasea Arcadia (a RORO ferry) as well at the MV Jubilee for additional capacity.

Fantasea Cruising Palm Beach

Fantasea Cruising Palm Beach [4] runs ferry services from Palm Beach to Wagstaff, Ettalong, Coasters Retreat, The Basin, Currawong and Mackerel Beach. It also provides vessels on charter to Sydney Ferries operating in Sydney Harbour.

Fantasea Palm Beach also operates seasonal whale watching during two windows in the Humpback Whale's migration along the eastern coast of Australia. These are mid-June to mid-July and October to early November. Services run from Palm beach and Ettalong beach.
