Fabrizio Cacciatore (born 8 October 1986) is an Italian footballer who plays for Sampdoria.
Biography
Club career
Born in Turin, Piedmont, Cacciatore started his career at Pro Vercelli, located in Vercelli, Piedmont. In 2003 he joined Sampdoria youth team. After he spent 4 seasons on loan at lower division,[1] he played his first match for Sampdoria on 16 August 2009, 6–2 won to Lecce in Coppa Italia.[2] That season he wore no.22 shirt.[3]
On 31 January 2011 Cacciatore was signed by Siena.[4] On 8 July 2011 he was signed by Varese.[5] On 31 August 2012 he was signed by Verona in another temporary deal.[6] On 19 June 2013 Verona signed him in co-ownership deal for €500,000.[7]
On 20 June 2014 Sampdoria bought back Cacciatore as well as bought Andrea Tozzo outright.[8]
International career
He capped for Italy U18 twice. Italy U18 is the feeder team of Italy U19.
