Levski Karlovo (Bulgarian: Левски Карлово) is a Bulgarian association football club from the town of Karlovo.[2] It was founded in 1923. The club's colors are blue and white.

The club has participated in the Bulgarian second division ten times, finishing 3rd in the 1974/75 season. It has reached the Bulgarian Cup round of 16 twice, in 1939 and in 1994. The club's current chairman is Karlovo mayor and former leader of UDF, Dr. Emil Kabaivanov.[3]
