Exchange Building, also known as Merchant's Exchange Building or The Exchange, is a building in Petersburg, Virginia. It was built in 1841, and is a two-story, five bay by five bay, Greek Revival style building with a hipped roof. It features a three bay Doric order portico. The principal interior feature of the Exchange.is the central circular domed room.[4] The building houses the Siege Museum commemorating the Siege of Petersburg.

It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1971.[2] It is located in the Petersburg Old Town Historic District.
