Evergreen High School is a public high school located in Metamora, Ohio. It was first opened in 1968. Today the institution serves 400 students in grades 9-12. Their nickname is the Vikings. The building also houses the Board of Education. They are members of the Northwest Ohio Athletic League. Current sports teams are football, volleyball, cross-country, basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball, bowling, golf, track, equestrian, cheerleading, and trap & skeet.

Evergreen has many school organizations or clubs which consist of SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions), NHS (National Honor Society), Art Club, FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), Yearbook Club, Quiz Team, FFA (Future Farmers of America) and a Foreign Language Club. The school is also partnered with Four-County Vocational School in Archbold, Ohio.

More than half of the school is involved in Choir and Band, both offered as classes. Currently, the Evergreen Marching Viking Band contains (and fields) 155 members.
