Evan Winiker

Evan Winiker is an American music manager and former bass player for the bands Steel Train and fun.

With Steel Train he has appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Lopez Tonight, and Conan as well as making festival stops at Coachella (2010), Bonnaroo (2005, 2006, 2008), Lollapalooza (2008) and many others. The band has also toured with Tegan and Sara, Ben Folds, The Fray, Silversun Pickups, O.A.R. and many others. With Fun., he has played Coachella (2011) as well as a tour with Panic! at the Disco and Foxy Shazam

Aside from managing and playing in bands, Winiker has also curated music for Soho House, Nokia, RocNation, Raptor House, The Sundance Institute, AFMDA and many others.

Winiker has also written articles for Grantland, Esquire, The Huffington Post, and other publications.

He currently resides in Los Angeles, California and looks over the careers of Hunter Hunted and The falls.

In April of 2013 he was featured in a Billboard article discussing Hunter Hunted's meteoric rise.
