Evalueserve is a provider of business and technology research, data analytics and investment research services to companies worldwide.
History
The company was started by Alok Aggarwal and Marc Vollenweider (ex-Partner at McKinsey) in Dec, 2000. In 2003, the company coined the term KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing).[1] Ashish Gupta, an ex-McKinsey consultant currently works as the Global COO and Head of Financial Services. Since 2008, Nand Gangwani (ex-CFO Napster) serves as Evalueserve's CFO.[2] In 2011, supported by the German design agency Incorporate, Evalueserve updated its corporate design, including a relaunch of the corporate website and a changed company logo.[3]
In August 2014 Evalueserve announced the acquisition of the German business intelligence provider Beyond Data.[4]
Evalueserve has won several awards, including:

- Gurgaon (suburb of New Delhi), India (Dec 2000)
- Shanghai, China (Sep 2005): Evalueserve Business Consulting Co. Ltd., located to start operations and add local perspective regarding the East-Asian economies.
- Viña del Mar, Chile (Oct 2006): Evalueserve Chile S.A., serves the US timezone and to add local perspective regarding the Latin American economies. Provides 24/5 services in conjunction with India operations.[11][12]
- Cluj-Napoca, Romania (Jul 2008): Established to serve Continental European markets in multiple European languages.
- Dubai, UAE (2013): Established to provide better customer care to clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, as well as dedicated analyst support onsite.
- Raleigh, USA (Jan 2014): In January 2014, the company opened its Raleigh office to provide research and market analysis for the financial services sector and in the area of data analytics. Evalueserve plans to grow the office to about 400 employees by the end of 2017.[13]
