Eva Grubinger (born 1970) is an Austrian installation artist. She was born in Salzburg, Austria.[1]
Life
She uses her work to investigate the psychological and economic impact of technology on the individual, the social function of art and the semiotics of conspiracy.[2]
Grubinger also adapted existing board games to create four new games for a number of 2 up to 8 gamers,[3] which were then exhibited:
- "hype", A game about artists and curators.
- "Hit!", A game about the trajectory of a female pop band.
- "Hack!" A fiction fight game online
- Hegemony, A game about theorical politic.
